(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The staff take me to the café & activities such as the computer suite. I like to play the guitar and watch films as well. The staff are good and help me.

We need more staff on the ward so that I am able to go out more or go to the café more regularly.

The chaplaincy has helped me in my care. We have prayers, singing and Holy Communion which help to relax me. We also go to the multi-faith room but I would like to visit a church in the community.

I want Godfrey Birtill to come in again to play so that me and him can have a duet. I would also like a keytar.

It is lovely to hear how musical you are and how much you enjoy the services and therapies on offer, can I assure you the staffing levels is not a problem but we are looking at the enhanced support within your area.

It would be nice to hear you singing again as you are very good at it.
