"A&E and Childs Ward Outstanding!!!"

I just wanted to add a review after excellent care for my son received by Ormskirk District General Hospital, he had a double wrist fracture so was brought to A&E by Ambulance, who were superb, on arrival at A&E the doctors and staff were excellent handling what was a bad injury, special shout to the Sister & Orthopaedic Consultant on Call.

After being admitted to the child's ward on Sat night he ended up have an operation on Monday afternoon, every step of the way the nurses and doctors kept us informed of all the decisions they were making, the Senior staff nurse who I cant mention as will be edited out was absolutely brilliant, that said all the staff I felt went the extra mile to make the patient and family experience outstanding....

It not easy to deal with your child being sick and currently the NHS is getting a raw deal, I wanted just to add my comments so that those teams can recognise how good they are.
