What I liked

Everything ran like clockwork.

I am waiting for an orthopaedic operation.

I attended a 'pre-op' appointment.

Arriving at 08:50 by 09:30 I had been screened, had blood tests and and ECG. At each stage I was greeted by helpful, friendly staff and this 'complements' my experience when attending CT and MRI scans and at my out-patient appointments.

I am most impressed.
