(as the patient),

Waiting at reception for my appointment which was 2 hours overdue don't know how I can begin to thank all the staff, I was incredibly late for work and I had to wait to be seen any longer I'd need to book half day emergency holiday.

When I spoke to receptionist, they didn't seem concerned I'd been waiting so long and explained that whilst my appointment is my doctor,  I would be seeing someone else today, no further explanation given. Simply not good enough but seems to be standard according to other patients in clinic.
