What I liked

Physio and surgeon were very good and friendly. Quickness of getting seen to and operation done compared to NHS.

What could be improved

Nurses attitudes and communication, my records were lost and i had a scan of chest when i was going in for Back operation! Nurses tried to give me ibuprofen when i had already written in pre assessment forms i have stomach ulcer!

Total attitude of nurses needs sorting out, even Surgeon was saying exact opposite of nurses he wanted me to mobilise as quick as possible , nurses wanted me to sleep, i wasnt tired at all.

Anything else?

Total disrespect for me and my family, nurses rude and dont give a damn attitude, were not worried that i was in pain after operation,not from all but the majority of nurses. My partner is Sister from NHS and she said my treatment from nurses was disgusting!
