"the fact that the dentist made ..."

What I liked

the fact that the dentist made me feel at ease through my consultation, they talked to me about everythin that they were doing and gave me every option for treatment.

What could be improved

the waiting time for treatment

Anything else?

i was seen either at the end of may early juse, i was told i needed to have some work done before i could have my wisdom teeth and an extra tooth i have taken out

I was told i would recieve an appoitment within 2 weeks and i am still waiting.

i explained that i have 4 children to look after so i needed it to be done before the holidays, i know you have a waiting list but i thought as i keep getting abcesses in my mouth that it would have been sorted before now.
