"Sent to the wrong clinic twice"

This service used to be great. With recent cuts it's gone rapidly downhill. Literally impossible to get an appointment, I was messed around, sent to the wrong clinic twice, service details are totally out of date that come up on the website and google. Sexual health used to be easy and convenient.

I am sorry to hear you've had problems getting an appointment. I have checked our website and everything is up-to-date, we moved to a new location over 6 months ago and there could be come websites that still have incorrect information on their pages - we have tried to ensure all the old information has been updated.

If you can tell me the sites that are out of date I will get them updated.

Just look at Google. That is the first thing people will use to find their local services. It's still listed as Trinity. I didn't even go there, I went to the newer clinic where it moved to. She gave me a card with clinics listed but didn't tell me anything else so I went to a clinic that only opened on a Thursday
