On 13November 2016 my wife had aStress Echocardiogram. A partially clogged artery was found and we were told an angiogram was needed. A letter to our GP said an angiogram was an urgent requirement and would be arranged. Nothing has been done. My GP today said my wife had "slipped through the net". She is still alive, but no thanks to MK Hospital!
For a patient already suffering from advanced Parkinson's, the unthinking cruelty of this sort of behaviour is disgusting.
