What I liked

I have been in bath clinic 2 time’s so far and awaiting one more. I was treated brilliant by all the staff and I also felt very happy with the quality of service and quality of care.

What could be improved

One silly little thing, the first time I went to Tath Clinic the T.V system was a little dated, but the second time at Bath Clinic the system was being updated. I know this as when I was in for the second time the Public relations manager came and told me about their plans, She knew this as I put it on my response form.

Anything else?

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff as they performed a brilliant service and made me feel very happy.
