What I liked
When I first attended BDH to correct a number of problems, I was impressed by the quality and promptness of the treatment.
What could be improved
I last visited BDH in February 2009 for some extractions. I was told that I needed root canal treatment by my local dentist before I could have firther treatment at BDH. I had the necessary treatment and expected to hear from BDH about the next phase of treatment, which was to be some impressions. I heard nothing, so I phoned a number of times, particularly on 9 April,15 April, and 13 May. On that last occassion, I was told that I should hear in about a month. I did not. I phoned on 22 June, and was told that I was on a waiting list, and was unlikely to be seen before September. I am left with two whole, and four part teeth on my upper jaw, and eleven teeth on my lower jaw. Mastication is difficult and sometimes very painful when something slightly hard is pushed into my upper gum by my lower teeth.
Anything else?
Would somebody in authority please investigate my case and expedite treatment to end my suffering? Thank you.
