What could be improved

The member of staff who took my blood at the drop in clinic did not wash her hands, did not wear gloves and did not swab the site to be used with alcohol. This is unhygienic, breaks infection control policies and is bad practice. I do the same job at a different hospital, if i did that i would face disciplinary procedures.
