What I liked
I am diabetic and come to St Oswalds for retinal screening, as does my husband. When I contact the hospital for information or visit in person I find the staff exceptionally caring and patient centred in their approach. I am very pleased to be able to use local hospital services that provide such exceptional and consistent standards of service.
