(as the patient),

I have been really pleased with the service from WESTMARC generally. They provided me with a wheelchair which was appropriate for me - I can get in and out the car myself and self propel even up hills (a must since I work in Edinburgh). Staff were really helpful and when I brought it back after just over 2 years I came out feeling like it was a new chair - it'd had a good overhaul and a new, more comfortable cushion.

What could be improved?  Yoker staff's knowledge of non-standard chairs.
