I was extremely impressed with the care and efficiency of the consultant and their staff in dealing with my investigation, especially since I appeared very stupid and dithery being somewhat overwhelmed by the stress and anxiety of wondering what was wrong with me. They still managed to get me to do what was expected of me, without any fuss.
