"Disappointing service"

I had been told by this hospital that physio from the NHS would be accepted after a serious accident and emergency operation. However it turns out that this hospital cannot communicate their own policies effectively. On the basis of their advice we cancelled the physio at the local hospital with the view to have both NHS and private sessions. Only once trying to finalise the appointments did we get told that they would not accept us due to the procedure not being carried out at this hospital ( please bear in mind it was emergency surgery and no option was given to where this could be done as we were taken to the local hospital by ambulance)

Poor service by this hospital who claim to provide exceptional care.
