I have just rang to make an appointment for anytime this week to be told in a very rude manner I need to call at 8.30 am on the day I want an appointment.
when I explained I do the school run at that time the response was well that's the way it is. I pointed out that the receptionist was being both rude and unhelpful to which they said well I'm sorry about that but there's nothing I can do about it. All the appointments will be gone by 9am but I suppose if it's urgent we could get an on call doctor to ring you back. I urge the reception staff at Birley to undertake some bedside manner
