"All the staff were so lovely. ..."

What I liked

All the staff were so lovely. From the moment I arrived there was someone to greet me, took me upstairs to my room which was also lovely. I was seen by nurses, anethietists, and my consultant and even physio and not long after was taken down for my knee op. The theatre staff and the recovery staff were very kind and made me feel at ease. I then went back to my room and had something to eat and drink and stayed in for the night. I was checked on through the night and again the following morning several times before I went home. Thankyou to everybody who looked after me.

What could be improved

Nothing more could have made me feel anymore welcome than i did. The staff are great, the food was lovely and my room was very clean. I will probably need my other knee doing some time in the near future and this will most definately be the hospital I opt for again.
