maybe there will be something I like if I ever get an appointment.
What could be improved
the appointment system... why do you waste time sending me a letter with a fixed time? what are the odds that a randomly assigned date and time will fit the schedule of a busy working person? why not CALL me when you receive the referral and have determined which doctor is the right one, and offer me the available options. It is a waste of days (time is money) to have to go back and forth with letters and phone calls, when the task could be finished in 5 minutes with a phone call upfront?
Anything else?
Why are you not on the Choose and Book system? If the system must be the way it is currently, at least provide me with a convenient option for re-booking.
