"the waiting area was horrible ..."

What I liked

the waiting area was horrible as it was shared with the blood test and all the seats are crammed with people waiting for blood tests and the area for leg ulcer clinic is also taken over by them and there is no air in the room with about 30 people waiting and no spare seats or ventilation. this is very unhealthy. some times the queue spreads into the reception area beyond. They even use the door leading to the t67ulcer clinic to lean on so we have to ask them to move to get to the door.

What could be improved

seperate seating for the departments of blood testing and leg ulcers, proper demarkation between these areas, and more ventilation . perhaps if there was more people testing the blood the leg ulcer clinic people would be able to breathe while we are waiting.

Anything else?

the staff are brilliant and careing.
