"Unable to get through to the ward"

About: Watford General Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as a relative),

I have tried to get through to the ward many times but the phone never gets picked up. When it was eventually picked up the member of staff couldn't help me! ! ! I just want to know how my mother is! !

I emailed PALS on 20 March. I am yet to receive a reply to my concerns.
