I would like to thank all the staff, doctors and specialist nurses at the Royal Hallamshire Cardiology PoTS clinic for their continued hard work, expertise, medical knowledge and caring and compassionate support that they have given me since being diagnosed with PoTS syndrome.

I can say with confidence we are fortunate to have this specialist clinic here in Sheffield.
