"Visits to CT and Endoscopy"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

On Tuesday 14/03/17 I had a CT appointment and needed to pick up a package from Endoscopy. I have spinal stenosis and cannot walk very far and having asked for help was taken by wheelchair to Endoscopy then to CT by a lovely volunteer. After the procedure staff took me to the main entrance.

On 17/03/17 I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Again I was taken to the unit in a wheelchair and taken straight to the treatment area where the procedures were done with minimal discomfort.

My experience on both visits was excellent, the staff helpful and accommodating.

As a retired SRN I am delighted that standards are maintained at this level. Thank you.
