"Compliments to my Consultant, Dermatology"

I had an appointment today as a follow up to a melanoma operation which I had about a year and a half ago. I've been checked regularly since the operation but today was my first meeting with my Consultant and I decided to take the time to say how satisfying and pleasant the experience was. It was satisfying because they are clearly an expert in their field and as a patient I need to be reassured that I the person looking after my health knows exactly what they're doing - I felt hugely reassured in that respect today.

My experience was also very pleasant as they were relaxed, friendly and answered my questions in a clear and very straight forward way.
