I have just spent two days trying to get through to out patients, yesterday I was promised a call back but it didn't happen, today I have spent 40 minutes holding on the phone. So please more telephone staff, I will now have to drive down from Totton just to tell them I can't make my appointment next week.

Thank you for your feedback. The Outpatient Appointment Booking Service have undergone a service review and as well as updating staff training, the booking line now has extended opening hours of 8am to 8pm.
