"Gives me structure and the tools to say no to using"

About: One Recovery Bucks

(as a service user),

I entered SRP (Structured Recovery Programme) with the willingness to learn more about my recovery and my drug addiction and how to cope in certain situation's. I have found since starting that I now have identified im an addict who cant use drink or drugs. I started becoming free from heroin addiction and crack cocaine which had nearly killed me, I needed to find something that would fill my time this gives me structure and the tools to say no to using.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience of SRP. It's great to hear that it has helped you understand more about yourself and that you are taking active steps to become free from your Heroin and Crack addiction.

Keep working through SRP and learning the relapse prevention strategies that will help you achieve your recovery goals. Don't forget if you need more structure, attend the recovery network groups, as well as our Recovery café on Thursday and Fridays in High Wycombe. We also have the fellowships running from STARS building.

I wish you all the very best with your recovery.

Tracy
