What I liked

At all times during my two night stay after a shoulder operation i was cared for in a most professional manner .every member of staff was brilliant,and even the food tasted great too, .

What could be improved

in hindsight i cannot think of one thing that could have been improved,except pick up the whole building and bring it nearer my home in Bradford to cut down on my almost 40 mile round trip each visit

Anything else?

The after care given to me by the Physiotherapy Dept was by three great young people in Carla,Jamie and Michelle all three were full of advice and also great listeners as i had many questions to ask about my future rehabilitation.A special thank you to Michelle who worked on my shoulder on 6 visits giving me great encouragement in so many ways. .than you all once again.
