the standards of cleanliness were brilliant unfortunately the rest of the service wasn't fit for a dog

What could be improved

firstly try letting the patient know whats going on!!!

they had me chasing after my results from my scan at both my gp's and medway hospital. only to find out that the consultant had had them 3 weeks previously and had sent a note back to the gp saying that he could no longer see me as i needed a specialist! which i thought he was!!! talk about waisting my time. i now have to start the process again. another 5 months delay!!1
