What I liked

On arrival at the hospital I was welcomed and shown to my room, which was large, bright and very clean. I was made to feel at ease immediately.

The theatre staff were wonderful - very friendly.

My consultant was extremely helpful and very caring.

Nursing staff were caring and patient even though they were obviously very busy.

Overall, my stay was a pleasant one, albeit having had an operation!

What could be improved

There was nothing that could have been improved.
