About: St Andrew's Healthcare Birmingham / Northfield

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I never get to write my own care plan. I don't see the plan very often, but when I do, I can have an input into it.

My care plan helps with my section 17 leave. I would like to see my care plan. In a medium secure ward you could have more privileges than at St Andrew's low secure. I would have thought I would get out on leave more often. I am on shadowed leave once a week and escorted.
