"excellent care over the years"

I have had several operations over the years (2 x c section, carpel tunnel/ulner nerve surgery and 5 knee operations). My most recent surgery was a partial knee replacement, as usual my care was fantastic, everybody was very kind as I was quite upset and scared. Not everything has been perfect, there have been the odd hiccup over the years for whatever reason but overall I think myself extremely lucky to have this service available to me. Aftercare and follow ups are thorough and reassuring. Any problems I have had have been listened to and acted on. Thank you so much to everyone involved.
