"All of the staff introduced themselves to me and seemed to care"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead) / Plastic surgery

(as the patient),

I required a small lesion to be removed from my face. This caused me some anxiety as it was near my eye and I was concerned about the cosmetic appearance afterwards. I needn't have worried as after just 2 weeks the scar was almost invisible.

Mr Dheansa was kind and caring, ensured the local anaesthetic was working and added more when required. All of the staff introduced themselves to me and seemed to care how I was all through my time there.

The hospital was clean and bright.

Parking is an issue but tell me which hospital has enough parking. I did have to wait a little while before the surgery but for the care I got it was worth the wait and it was much less of a wait than I had  for similar surgery.
