"Superb staff. Excellent treatment. Deserves an..."

I stayed in Magnolia from Monday 13th February until Friday 10th March 2017. I was very apprehensive at the time. I had been virtually housebound for 3 months because of a fall, lymph oedema and leg ulcers.

When I came in my mobility was severely restricted. I could barely walk 10m without stopping due to the discomfort. Thanks to the staff of Magnolia they helped me to walk again. They showed patience and encouragement at all times. I felt safe for the first time in months moving about and was able to go from using a zimmer frame to using two walking sticks instead. I went from barely being able to walk 10m to managing 50m without stopping and also learning to walk without sticks for short distances.

At all times the staff regardless whether they were physios, OT, domestic or nursing have show care and encouragement. Everyone has a ready smile. They made things a lot easier for me.

I can't even complain about hospital food. The menu is varied and delicious. Constant flow of tea is also much appreciated.

I can't thank the staff of Magnolia enough. They have given me hope that I can get better and return to work. I owe them a debt which can't be repaid.
