I attended an appointment with my 85 year old Mum at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary and waited with her in clinic Area A.
We were sat on the front row of seats facing the reception area.
During our time there, it was obviously pretty busy, and I couldn't help notice how lovely the ladies at the desk were being to EVERYONE they dealt with. They were dealing with a diverse range of people of mixed ages but many were elderly, and the ladies at reception always appeared very warm, friendly and respectful.
After seeing her doctor my mother had to make a return appointment, so I mentioned to the lady doing this, how nice it had been to witness them doing a fantastic job. I asked for their names and the name of there manager.
I now know them to be Joyce, Marie, Debbie and Amanda.
I would be grateful if you could pass on my kind regards to these ladies and tell them they were fantastic.
I was given the Clinic managers name which was SR McKenna, and the Health Records Manager Irene.
Many people complain when they receive bad service but don't bother to mention when they have had good service. I witnessed these ladies deliver continuous excellent customer service today.
Well Done!
"Excellent Customer Service."
