What I liked
Thankyou to all the staff involved with ward 14. I was in bed 8A for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was lovely, the staff from cleaners to senior were dedicated and friendly. It was laughter all the way, after all it is the best medicine. Patient care was clearly top priority along with cleanliness and courtisy. Many thanks to you all. Mark Lewis
What could be improved
The patientline service was rude, expensive, and internet was useless. I realise this has nothing to do with you and doesn't reflect on your service at all.
Anything else?
The cleaner on ward 14 (i prefer to call her an angel). She is definitely under valued!
