What I liked
Everyone in the unit was friendly, smiled as they passed or said, 'Hello'. The level of care was excellent from making sure the 'robe' fit to stroking my hand on the operating table to tea and bix at end. All of the staff from auxilaries to surgeon were so helpful and explained everything very well. It was NHS at its best and I was sad to leave!
