What I liked
Being treated like an individual, not a number. Also, having a room to myself with an en suite which was particularly welcome having just had a bladder procedure!
What could be improved
Nothing really, the nurses came as soon as I buzzed, they were all pleasant and professional. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was good. You can't ask for much more.
Anything else?
All in all a traumatic experience was made as painless as possible.
