more dignity and respect , more understanding of prospective patients wishes from admission staff

toilets dirty and smelly ,decided not to have my surgery there because of no dignity and respect shown to me by 2 surgeons on 2 separate occasions , and basically fobbed of and not given enough time to discuss my prospective surgery and as i have since found out given the mushroom treatment , received a rude and abrupt phone call from a surgeons nurse because i e-mailed him and was told i could only ask questions at appointment which cost me £70.00 in-loss of wages and £20.00 travel costs and 6 hours travelling ,decided to go private elsewhere
