They lost important paperwork which resulted in urgent operation taking 4 months, staff never call back, pin blame on everyone else, asking about payments in public areas, each appointment starts with "how are you paying". They apparently cannot give quotations despite doing so previously.
A foreign hospital would be a much better, quicker & safer & much cheaper option.
NHS is much quicker due too incompetent admin staff.
Lets hope the surgeon who was nice is much better than admin & finance staff!!!
