What I liked

I am under immuno-suppression and because of my medication I take, my dentist could not perform a tooth extraction, so she referred me to the dental hospital.

The staff were very helpful and of course VERY professional.

What could be improved

It would be nice if they could offer a textphone service for the hearing impairment people.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on the services you received. There are no immediate plans for appointments to be sent via email or text because of the lack of security in such systems, however the Trust is looking at a text reminder system for booked appointments.

A text phone facility (minicom) is available in the Trust, but is not sited at the Dental Hospital, however it can be used for same-day messages to and from the Dental Hospital during office-hours.If you wish to use the minicom, the number is 0121 449 8352.
