What I liked
I arrived at the hospital just before Christmas having left work due to discomfort and severe swelling to my face. The moment I arrived the staff seemed concerned from the very first person I spoke to at the reception. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving!
I am terrified of all things dentistry and everyone who dealt with me understood this and took it into consideration at every stage. After one failed attempt when I was too nervous I returned on New Years Eve to have five teeth extracted under sedation and once again was treated very considerately and professionally. I was calm and reassured throughout the procedure and am now very glad I have got it over and done with.
I would like to give a big thank you to everyone who dealt with me, I was probably a nightmare to work with but you all dealt with me exceptionally well.
What could be improved
The treatment rooms other than on the ground floor look a little tired and the ceilings and light fittings appear to look dirty, the treatment rooms are obviously cleaned well in general and the ground floor area is immaculate but above ground would benefit from some work.
Anything else?
Once again, a huge thank you to everyone who looked after me so well over the past few days. 10 out of 10 for getting me in the chair to start with and for treating me so efficiently and in such a caring way.
