"Ophthalmology paediatric unit"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Ophthalmology

Visited yesterday with my 10 week old baby informed he will need to be referred to either Southampton or London and may need to have surgery by 11 weeks. Unable to discuss appointment with hospital while I was at Portsmouth due to not being able to get through and told would receive a phone call that day with the next step and what is going to happen. Did not receive a phone call that day and called today unable to get an answer and passing on a message. Very unhappy with the service and left worrying that the deadline is slipping away to have his operation. With only 5 days left until he hits 11 weeks.
