"telphone number not working"

I would like you to look into this as matter or urgency, I am ringing the main switchboard telephone number for Wathwood hospital however this number is constantly coming back as busy, I have called Nottinghamshire Trust and they have advised they have no further telephone numbers for you and they have not been notified whether there is a technical issue with your line. I urgently need to speak to my relative who is on the continuing care ward at Wathwood hospital and I am unable to do so as the telephone no is not working, please could you advise further or resolve the issue/contacted Nottingham health care to update them please.
