"Waiting time"

Although the web site says they open at 7.00am on my occasion no nurses started reducing the queue until much later. I joined the back at 7.15 and for at least ten minutes no one was called in. Half hour wait and still 7 in front of me. Finally out at 8.10. Lack of staff I guess
