"Clinic did not maintain the posted closing timing"

I visited this clinic with my daughter who had a severe cold and a pink eye. We checked their timings and they were supposed to be open till 8Pm. We reached at 7:30 Pm and the receptionist told us that they were closed. I pointed out that the time on the door said closing time 8 Pm but I was rudely told that 8pm wax their closing time and the patients needed to come at 7:30pm. When I mentioned that we did reach at 7:30 and it was currently 7:32pm I was told that they couldn't do anything about it.

When I asked if they knew of any other walk in clinics that were close by, I was rudely told that I should google it.

I have never seen such a apathetic attitude at a place where sick people go. Not only was closing before the posted closing time totally unprofessional, the receptionist was extremely rude about the whole thing. I wish I could give a zero rating to this clinic.
