"Great team and compassionate staff and care."

Today was was second admission on Stour Ward in the last four months and I can give the staff nothing but praise for the treatment and kindness that I was given both times.Everyone gave me all the information that I needed in a very clear way that I could understand and never made me feel rushed in anyway as they answered my questions.The ward was run in a very efficient and organised way that made me feel comfortable in my surroundings.I cannot fault the care and time I was given at all times right from my first appointment with a consultant who is one of the nicest Consultants that I have seen at the hospital and found it extremely nice that he came to see me before both my operations and even came to apologise when my morning operation was delayed until 5pm due to an unforeseen emergency Thank you to all the lovely staff right from the Surgeon, Theatre and ward staff,the very much needed refreshments person,the friendly cleaning person and not forgetting the kind receptionist who took me back to my bed when I got lost(twice)Thank you everyone.
