"My care at Highfield Hospital"

I had knee arthroscopy surgery as a daycase NHS patient on Tuesday of this week at the Highfield hospital Rochdale, under the care of an orthopaedic surgeon.

I just felt I had to write to you directly and give you feedback of my experience. From the moment I arrived at Higfield I was treated with respect, friendliness and helpfulness beyond my expectations. From the receptionist to the nurse on the ward, physio, anaesthetist, catering assistant. But the main reason for my email to you is to is to let you know that the orthopaedic surgeon I saw is an absolute credit to you, at all times has been extremely friendly, helpful, supportive, knowledgeable , and in my opinion goes above and beyond what I have ever experienced in my years of being treated .

They are an extremely professional individual, and so caring, and I genuinely felt at all times they valued me as an individual. Please can you convey this message to the orthopaedic surgeon and thank them from me, they are an absolute credit to you, I cannot praise the orthopaedic surgeon highly enough.
