What could be improved

1. Nurses/doctors to introduce themselves to the patient.

2. Nursing staff to act professionally at all times - patients can hear them talking even when they are taking their breaks.

3. Nursing staff should treat patients with respect.

4. Nursing staff should communicate with patients.

5. Doctors should visit their patients.
