"Trying to get an appointment"

Had an appointment booked  at Brownlow Medical Practice regarding mental health the appt was given to another person even though I was booked in for a week, told a phone call would do. Phoned five times to get an appt the same day had the phone put down rude staff and not understanding when you are explaining why it is important that you see a dr. It's not like I walked in and demanded one, had booked. Showed texts messages confirming and on the app.
