Insensitive staff giving a diagnosis, lack of communication has led to pals intervening (brilliant!) and now care has been radically changed without contacting us. Stay away if you can!

We can see that you've involved our colleagues in the PALS team, but if you would like us to put you in touch with the senior team responsible for the clinical heamatology service, then please just email us at generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net so that they can discuss your concerns with you directly? We do hope that you get in touch.
