I have been trying since last August to have a meeting/assessment regarding my husband's needs and district nurse help.
Despite several telephone calls, messages left resulting in promises to respond and arrange assessment, nothing so far has been achieved. I stopped calling and leaving messages at the end of 2016.
Our practice nurse, the senior partner at the GP surgery, our own GP (Woodstock surgery) have all attempted to help us. but have not yet succeeded in initiating any reaction at all.
I would be extremely grateful for any help in this matter.
